Joel D. Kirsh is an attorney who, along with his brother, Steven, practices exclusively in the area of private adoption throughout the State of Indiana as well as Interstate Adoptions. Joel also handles step-parent adoptions, grandparent adoptions, other relative adoptions, finalizations of adoptions from Offices of Family and Children and finalizations of international adoptions. The mission of Kirsh & Kirsh is:

Joel derives tremendous satisfaction knowing that his practice of law benefits all parties including the birth family, the adoptive family, and the child.
Joel is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and is a Committee Chairperson for the Academy. He is also a member of the American, Indiana, Indianapolis, and Hamilton County Bar Associations.
On a personal level, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, his son, Trevor, and his daughter, Olivia. In addition, he enjoys participating in the sports of golf and basketball as well as weight-training.
Each year, Joel and his family join Steven's family in hosting an annual "Adoptive Parents and Kids Picnic" for all of the families created through their efforts.
