ADOPTION BACKGROUND:
Jody has practiced adoption law in Minnesota for over 22 years. Her vast experience taught her that families come in many forms and she developed the skills to assist those families going through adoption, third-party custody, or assisted reproduction technology. Jody is a strong advocate of children’s rights and is no stranger to appellate work in that area. Her belief is to offer clients excellent service and quality legal work at a reasonable cost. In addition, Jody’s ability to patiently listen to her client’s concerns and to address them in a straightforward manner is a significant reason for her success in the adoption area.
